pre wired

hi guys, hope someone can help!
ive been offered my mates interior - seats/armrest/door panels/carbon fibre dash trim and multi function steering wheel!
i have a 2000 318ise and was wondering if its prewired for,

1. electric/heated seats as mine are manual!
2. steering wheel - can i do a swap (non MF to MF)
3. electric windows - only my front windows are electric will there be loom there. i guess there will not be any motors in the rear doors!! how easy is it to install such devices?!

Really I would talk to a BMW dealership you trust Unless someone else knows. But I don't think the seats are per wired, I don't think you are pre wired for anything.
