Thumbs up

I have a 330xi w/power lumbar. On the passenger side the button has become rather loose (it can rotate about a quarter turn in place) and no longer seems to function. I tried searching here and on google, but couldn't turn up anything any evidence of other people having a similar problem, and what it cost to fix.

Anyone have any idea?
