1. just bought 2000 323Ci, and is service engine soon lights alwayz on before you start your engine?! or is it just mine?! (its gone after i start my engine so..)
2. Also when i shake my car side ways?! it makez dangling sounds from rear...
but when i drive it doesn't make any sound.... why is that? any big problem?!
I looked at the bottom, and seems all fine.. but... I don't kno! T.T
have you checked your gas cap? if the gas cap isn't locked in, then your engine light will come on. there could be other possibilities, but check the gas cap first.
this may seem obvious, but double check your trunk. i had something rattling around of my own in there before, so check where your spare is and just all around.
Yea the SES light comes on for a few moments always when U start the car, this is normal. Now if what youre saying is that it just sits there on all the time when the car is off then there is something wrong for sure.
The dangling sound could be loose exhaust components, something in the trunk, you need to be more specific on that one unfortunately.
