Please Help - My Handbrake nedds adjusting

Please Help, I have a 03 320i Sport, it has just failed an MOT as the handbrake needs adjusting. Is this a job anybody can do? Can anybody shed any light?

Have you looked for a PDF of a manual for the car? It's not likely to be difficult.
