For those of you who may not be aware, I have the iceLink PLUS from Dension USA (www.densionusa.com).

Here's a quick shot of my setup (older shot, before ID3 tag display was available):

And here are some pics of the display at work:

Again, right now it only displays the max characters allowed on the headunit, but Dension is working on getting a scrolling version out. Still way cool!

Great choice of music, and it looks great too. Congrats.

Did Dension release an official update with the id3 tags, or did you just get a beta release? I am updating to 2.05 today and there is nothing in the version history about the id3 tags, so I assume that it will appear in 2.06. Anyway you could share the beta, if it is one? Also, why is Dension so eager to make the id3 tags for BMW, do they all drive BMWs themselves or what? Of all the cars that the Icelink works with, it seems like BMW appears the most in their forum and updates.

DT - thanks

jeremer - Dension's working on it - no scrolling for now. Update coming up soon, hopefully.

BMWLotAttendant - sweet indeed.

jellybelly - there is a large BMW community that keeps up with Dension on a regular basis. I have no idea what they personally drive, but many of the things they have improved were mentioned by BMW drivers. I did receive a beta version straight from Dension a little while back and I'm guessing it's not available publicly? You may want to contact Tom at DensionUSA and see if he can send it to you.
