Right now im looking at Bavarian Autos Tri-Flo and the Scorpion Exhaust - Twin 83mm tips. Do you guys have any suggestions or any personal experience with Exhaust Systems

Do a search under tri-flow and pick the 5 series topic "tri-flow exhaust?"
I listed a performance data sheet fro m Bavauto for 3 series (based on test car they had).
I have a tri-flow in my 540i I f*cken love it... not too loud but you can hear it!

I use Borla... wonderful sound... good for every day driving... not too loud... unless your flooring it....
