Performance Chip Installation

Hi, new here and have a couple questions.

I just bought a 2011 328i and bought a performance chip from GFORCE Performance Chips. The instructions say to locate the MAF/IAT sensor which will have 3,4,5, or 6 wires comming out of it. I will need to determine which 2 wires lead to the sensor??? First they say up to 6, then they say 2. And I will need a multimeter or ohmmeter to distinguish the 2. Now, where is this sensor located?

Also looking at a metal race mesh style front grill kit (5 piece kit). has anyone installed this kit and how hard is it? Ive built drag cars for years so I know how to use tools, but these new cars are completely different from what Im used to.

Thanks in advance!

gforce chip, I've read some bad reviews on these forums where someone claimed that the circuit isn't even connected to anything. something like that. and that its just pretty much a piece of plastic with wires on it. let me know if it does anything for you.

Oh no.... Its not one of those bypass diodes, is it?
If it is, all it does is fool the ECU into thinking the engine hasn't warmed up yet therefore fuelling constantly higher LOL

Eso es todo!

I 2nd the Bad News on GFORCE Chips

I had a go around with a company selling them, I sent my money but they never sent the chip. I contacted GFORCE and theyt got me a refund and offered to send me a chip free. I got the GFORCE Chip attached it 2 of the 3 wires on the air intake. I think that is a good name for it. Anyway my MPG went down about 5 MPG and I could not notice a frickin extra horse, may be even a few less. So it now sits there with the wires dangling. It not even worth nothing, let alone $79 bucks. Sorry
