Paddle Shifters - F1 Style

Has anyone managed to remove thier left paddle shifter module and rig the wiring to make the pull movement downshift (instead of upshift as it is currently)?

Thanks in advance!

I don't think anyone has done this, but why would you. That would make the paddles work backwards.
