NOISEY E46 328ci leather sports seats

I have an E46 328ci with leather and electric sports seats.

1. The leather is noisey, as it rubs against itself, it kind of "creaks and squeeks" from the rear seats, anyone got a cure?

2. The front elec seats CLUNK / CRACK when entering bends, as if there is play somewhere. But an Engineer says all is tightened up? Anyone got a solution or suggestion?

Both the above ruin the "BMW experience" for me (new owner - 1 month in) and TBH, my Honda Civic Type-R although very very raw, seemed the better build (SHOCK!)

I had a 2001 325Ci that did the same thing, but I never complained to the dealer about it, I just learned to live with it. The back seats made noise too. The lease is up on that car and I am about to get a 2004 325Ci, which I hope does not have the same problem (leatherette this time around). I have no solution just my 2 cents that it may be an ongoing issue with BMW seats.
