I got into an accident last December 2nd (2003), the other person is at fault, so their insurance company is paying for the repair.
As soon as I found that out, I called some places to find out who was BMW Certified.
The closest place to me was Holman Hollywood Lincoln-Mercury....they also own a few dealerships in the area, including a BMW dealership, and they do all the local BMW work, so I figured I was in good hands.
Turns out I wasn't.
It has been there ever since, making it officially 11 MONTHS, a considerable amount of time, even for a major accident.
I guess I would like to hear where I went wrong in going with this place, or hear battlefield stories of awful BS bodyshops to make me feel better about it.
