Newbie Question about clock/time

Sorry if this seems like the most stupid question you've heard on here but I'm having trouble changing the time on my E46 318 Coupe

Ive searched the foums but cant seem to find the answer (probably cos no-one else has had this problem )

at the moment ive just got the standard bmw business radio system (with boot changer in back)

on the dash you can move between the time, the miles, the temp etc but how do you changed the time???? ghead

you change the time in your gauge cluster

again, sorry for being stupid but wheres the gauge cluster?

i have the time on both the stereo and the dash board
the one on the dashboard changes between mils, time, temp etc by pressing a button similar to the reset mileage button

is it something to do with this???

There are two pins sticking from your dash (instrument cluster) inder speedometer and under tachometer.
Set your OBC (button on turn signal lever) to display time.
Turn one or the pins, I think it is the right one, clockwise to advance time and CCW to retract it.
Push on the pin to switch between 24:00 and 12:00 format.
Al this should be in your Owners manual and Radio manulal.
