new wheels problem. HELP!

I just recently put 18' Zenetti "FIVES" on my 2001 325i and noticed a vibration of my steering wheel @ approximately 20 mph, and the car tends to veer to one side. I took it back to the wheel store and they said the bushings were bad. So I took it to the dealer and the dealer said everything was fine and that the wheels were not centered properly on the hub, and that I needed centering hubs. I again took it to the wheel store, where they insisted on it being the bushings. They did however order the center hubs, which will come in next week. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem, or is familiar with this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

ask the wheel shop for the offset and bolt pattern measurements. if they fit, it is not the wheel.
it is unlikely that incorrect offset or bolt pattern would cause vibration. have the wheel shpop rebalance the set up. it is remotely possible that much bigger wheel/tire combo can bring out weak bushings to vibrate. veering is an alignment or steering link problem, or ths stiff is too wide and rubs some place.
