I only buy Mobil 1 5w30 for my 2001330i

I bought Quakerstate synthetic for my 1997 318i for the last oil change cause it was on special.

I think the new Quakerstate oils are just a marketing ploy.
Quakerstate is more known for dino oil.
They understand that synthetics are becoming more and more popular, as a result they are getting involved with mixes, dino oil and synthetic.
Just BS...your better to go with a company that deals only in synthetics...Mobil 1 or Amsoil.
Mobil 1 is the best for the money for me.

Yeah ! you right, but Mobil 1 5w/30 does not meet european "A" specification for BMW engines. 5w/30 is A1 and we need A3 spec. Only Mobil 0w/40 and 15w/50 meet this requirmend for Bimmers, so you better switch to one of those. Best regards ! Zibby
