New Body For 3 Series

Just wondering what the current owners of 3 series think about the "new" body for the 3 series. It kind of looks like a smaller 5. Even the interior is the same, and I believe it even has the "Idrive".

Do you guys like or not?

hey i dunno about the E90...makes me go hmm when BMW introduced it persoanlly i like the e46 better i think the e90 is way too complicated heres a pic of the 2 anyone that sees this please say which 1 u like better so we can geta n idea of wat people think about the new E90 take care

Anyday E-46 better than the E90....I wud not buy it ever..... hate the new grilles.......flat on top....personally I think the grilles are the hallmark of any BMW.....love those grilles and they screwed it up.....plus too much of a streamline design......ughhhhh

I want to say e46 as that's what I have but at that angle I like the e90 better!

I am not so sure about the interior shots I have seen - I think I prefer the e46.

The new 3 series has eliminated the side and front rubber along the bumper. It has a new outlook like 5 series, more cyber, with sporty rear mirror. For interior, it has the iDrive. Other that those things, I believed it has not much different than the existing one rather than the higher price. However, I still love the old one.

Hi!! I don't know why some of you people don't like the E90. Watch, once it comes out, most of you will like it. I love it. It looks very nice. I really like the direction BMW is going to. I love all their new cars.

i think the e90 looks great, i do agree that it is a bit too close to the 5 series design. however, that wouldn't stop me from buying one.

I think it is too early to judge. The difference comes when they introduce the coupe. Right now I think the sedan/saloon carries the same lines as the z4,5,6 and 7. Aggresive, like the American designer. He is definitely making a statement. The jury is still out I'm afraid...

Just hope it doesn't have all of the same problems the E60 (new 5) has. It seems that BMW is using the same mold for the 3. If it has the same electronics and equipment as the 5, welcome 3 series owners to the saga of the 5 series owners...
