Not at the moment. You can get some bootleg eBay ones that look similiar.. but they will have the e39 5 series look, not the 3series look that you're looking at. I switched out my halogens to projector xenons.. I also wanted that, but it wasn't available.
Here's a pic of what I'm talking about, there is a noticeable difference.. YUCK.
Since the coupe's fenders are shaped differently than the sedan the headlights and the tail lights are not swapable...sorry (I was looking to do the same to mine)
Just curious: what's your thought on e46 vs. e90? Clearly they are very different. If you're considering an e46, my personal (new) favorite sedan is probably the ZHP. If you want those headlights on an e46, you'll have to get a coupe. Worth it?

You don't need a coupe to get those lights though. Only the 04 Coupe is required to get that projector set-up. Any 05 325i/ci or 05 330i/ci will have that projector set-up IF you get the xenon option. I THINK this is true, maybe you need the coupe.. but I'm pretty sure I saw 05 i's at the lot with those projectors.

Do you have a link\price for these? I think they look great. But if you look at the shape they would only fit 2000-2003?
^^ I don't think E90FTW is referring to the xenons, but instead to the entire headlight/corner assembly. These are different from coupes to sedans, including the fenders.
Doing it is possible, but it is not a direct fit. You would need some costum work done by a reputable body shop.
