new 325i need a advise

I just bought a new 325i yesterday,

2004 325i,
auto
winter package
moon roof
lojack

total:29000 ( is this a good price? I bought this car after test drive, I can’t control my self. I ‘m in Boston)

I have some question about maintenance:

1, do u think I need a alarm, coz I have lojack
2,do u think I need snow tire, the dealer tell me , if I drive in town and I have DSTC, so I don’t need it. But I saw lot people said 325i is not good in snow, how u guys feel.
3, I want a stainless steel exhaust , should I do it with dealer or I can do it with any one
4, how can I maintain the engine , some body said I should start it for around 10 minute everyday before u drive it. But some says no
5, how to protect the paint, especially for the tips in the beginning. this is a black baby. Paint is too important for her.
6 and I also all the advise .coz I love this baby so much. I want keep it for ever.

1. I don't use an alarm or have lojack.. just make sure your car is always locked.
2. It depends on how much snow you're driving in, personally I think the DSTC is good enough but again, personal preference.
3. I tend to do all mods with the dealer or Bavarian Autosport.
4. Maintaning the engine has never been a problem for me, I just start it up and go.
5. I use turtle wax to protect the paint of mine.. any good wax will do it really.
6. Good choice buying a BMW.. the best car maker out there!
