need some help... tire choices 335i xdrive

2 questions:

1) Does the lease require you to run run flat tires? I know normal tires handle better and all but I'm looking into all-seasons for the winter... And, are the benefits greater than the negatives?

2) What is a good all-season tire option for the 225/40r18 front and 255/35r18 rear staggered set up? Run-flats or otherwise, run-flats preferred...

Why not run the tires you want, then just re-mount the run-flats before you turn it in?

I told you to look into the Lease agreement and just stick with runflats your mom will be fine with the run flats
