need some help! 95 325i - BMW Forum

i got a 95 325i BMW ..i went out today to go to the store..and it wouldnt start..it has power and everything..it just doesnt crank over? and when i go to turn the key on..it turns my 4 ways on? not sure if its a safety feature or what but?? im confused can anyone help me???

I'm not too familiar with the E36 model which is what your 95 325i is. You might want to post it over in that section. Sounds like it might have gone into some sort of saftey mode due to something. Battery might have drained enough to not start but. I know that the E46 does thins sometimes. Has enough power to appear like its good, but not enough to actually start the engine. Good luck

well steve i have figured out what was wrong..it was the battery like you said..i didnt know BMW batterys had the kind of capability..its amazing if you actually think of it!..thankf sor your help!
