Need Pricing Info For Current 330i And 330ci Pleas

I have finally finished my financial preparations for a new bmw 3 and will be start shopping in a couple of weeks. This will be my first bmw, and actually my first luxury class car. I'm pretty much clueless on the pricing schemes. So I'd like to gather some info before I head to the dealers. I live in houston tx.

I want to know:

How much should I expect for a window price from major bmw dealers on a new 2005 bmw 330i and 330ci, with manual transmission and "most common" packages?

How much should I expect to be able to negotiate down to? Any tips?

I understand that my questions might be too vague because pricings could vary a lot depending on markets, options and promotions. But I'd just like to get a general picture, a range. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Don't get stuck with the OLD E46 model. The price should'nt change much at MAX $2000-3000. But the difference between the two is big, the engine alone come with 25 hp extra.
