NEED HELP - Fault code - MDK motor

Hi all,
I need help, I got 2000 BMW 328i, y'day i got "check engine light" along with "EML" and "traction" light, i could feel the loss of power at that time.

I took it to showroom, these guys charged 49 dollars and told that MDK motor has gone bad. The excat message i got from showroom is

Internal fault in MDK motor
Found FC 110,169,117 , checked SIB , Found , SIB to replace.

Please let me know what does these codes means and what is SIB, also any suggestion , it seems MDK motor cost is 650 dollars.

There are a few SIB's (Service Information Bulletin) about this. On your car, it's most likely the throttlebody as you mention (EDK).
Since it is a drive by wire system, there are several input signals from the throttle pedal and the throttle body. These signals are showing faulty, which is what triggered the faults. If the DME, or engine computer, doesn't get good signals, it doesn't know where the throttle is, so it goes into a limp mode.

If it does this, you can cycle the key to reset it, and hopefully it'll work for a while.
Nothing much you can do but replace it.
