Need Advice On Suspension Upgrade

I have a 2000 323i auto, luxury package only - 40K miles. I want to upgrade the handling - the car rolls too much. I am 62 yrs old and not a track racer, I just want a somewhat better handling car. I plan to get Pirelli PZero Nero's M&S on my 16" wheels. Currently, I have the original Contis (unfortunately they never wear out).

I'd rather not change out the springs but I feel I need an anti-roll bar(s) (do I need both front and rear?) as well as after-market shocks. How will this help my handling? Any suggestions on makes? Do I need new bushings? Will any suspension changes void my 7 yr extended warranty? Any help is greatly appreciated.

simply yes it will help, but i think in your case, changing the sways to beefier ones, will probably be sufficiant.
