THE 325I HAS BLACK INTERIOR AND THE 330XI HAS GRAY INTERIOR

If you don't need all wheel drive, I think the 325i looks like a goodie. It's lighter; it'll get better gas mileage.

It's going to be up to you and your finances. I would personally think about getting the 325 over the 330.
Are you going to be getting any type of warranty with either of these vehicles? You may need that extra money on that card for gas and routine maint.
