Need Advice on CD Changer for 2003 325i

I bought a Certified Pre-owned car on Saturday and would like to add a CD changer to the car. The car came with premium package and automatic.

I read several posts and am a little confused about what parts I actually need to do this myself. I want this CD changer to play anything that I burn on my computer as well as CD's in the store (I use pc based software - mp3.... [No mac or ipod stuff]).

The prior posts that I read included the following parts:

The trunk has a compartment for the CD player but the interior of the compartment
is just two plastic trays. So, I suspect that I also need brackets.....

Can somebody also tell me what the ISBUS does?

Is this the best model to buy?

Please provide any/all suggestions....
