| Navigation Quirk
I recently experienced the following problem with the navigation system in my 2011 335d and I was wondering whether the issue lies with the navigation program or my particular navigation unit.
I enter a destination and start the guidance. If I allow both the large main screen and small screen to the right display the map with the map oriented in the direction of my travel, I am fine. But if I choose to set the main screen so that it shows the list of directions, then the scale of the map on the small right display automatically changes (zooms out). And if I try to zoom-in, it does not zoom to the location of the car; rather it zooms to an irrelevant portion of the map. What gives? |
