Can anyone tell me if they've put Mud Flaps on their vehicle and how do they look. Does anyone think they are necessary? I'm debating whether or not to get them but I don't want to ruin the appearance of the car. I will be driving in winter conditions.

When I had my Integra I put the OEM mud flaps on - I still think they look good on the Integra. I've only seen a few E46's with mud flaps, and I don't like the look at all. I'm thinking because so few people put them on, the look never took with me.

I just installed them last weekend on my e46. Personally I like them and don't find them an eye sore, plus it definitely cuts down on the spray.

Unfortunately this picture was not taken to show the splash guards, but it is the best picture I have that shows them.

The cost was about $15/pair, and took about 1 hour for install. Each wheel had to come off.

Got em from PacificBMW. Best prices on OEM products, IMO.

I'll try to get a better pic up for those that want a better look.

Actually I have 2 sets (front and back) for sale. I bought them but decided not to put them on. It is still in the original bag with tags.

$16 per set + shipping.

Let me know.

couper is an unknown quantity at this point
I had them on my '01 325i - it was silver and the black flaps didn't
look bad at all. Now I have an '03 330Ci but it is red - no flaps on
this one. More frequent washes though but I don't mind that. Nothing
like a clean ride!
