MP3/Ipod Connection?

I have a 2000 E46 that is pre-wired for a trunk mount cd changer. There is no in-line jack on my stereo where I can attach my MP3 player and I was wondering if there was a way to use the cd changer wiring to do this. I would think that there has to be an input somewhere on the back of the stereo, but before I go tearing into it I wanted to see if anyone could help me out.

Thanks
Kevin
