Monitor/Telephone Problem

2006 330 CI
The Telephone link on the monitor has disappeared. Settings, Nav, etc are still there. Any thoughts. I can't pair a phone without it.

I have had other phones linked to this car. The phone does find the car and I do enter the passkey but the pairing is always unsuccessful. I'm assuming I have to get into the telephone mode, which isn't there, to pair a phone. Wife drives the car 99% of the time and can't help me with how long the link has been gone.
