Major 2004 325i Modifications - Need Advice

To begin with, I have a BMW 325i. Black outside black inside. The car looks exactly like this (Except black):

As you can see, I installed no body kits (I regret it) or anything extra.
About 6 months ago I installed an Alpine motorized in-dash LCD screen. i love it, but now I'm off to exterior modifications.

If anyone has any experience with these sort of changes please offer your advice =) I welcome any criticism! Most of the parts/ideas came to this MIT guy that pretty much rebuilt his 323i. Here's the site:

The end result of my car that I'm looking for is VERY similar to his. I'm going to get my windows tinted (Already should've done that). Plus, the FRONT LEFT part of my car (hood + bumper) is a tad tended due to a small collision. The dent can't be seen from far away and is barely noticeable. The only problem is if you look at the car from the left side it seems like i purposely popped the hood. Ima get that fix...does anyone know how much (give or take) it would cost me?

Now to the changes.
1)Front bumper. I'd like to install an M3-replica bumper. It doesn't have to be exactly the same, but I'm looking for something along the lines of:

Do any of you recommend any other bumper? I'm open to all opinions.

2)Rims...Really, I haven't decided on any. I'd like an 18/19 inch rim tho. What's your preference?

3)Wings. Possible top wing:

4)Lights: Some sort of angel/demon eyes. Haven't yet decided. I can install those myself, so it's not an issue.

I'll greatly appreciate any advice. What parts are good for this sort of modification? How much do you think it would cost? Good idea?

I'd go with the M Tech II body kit - it's a BMW OEM kit (same one found on the 330 w/ performance package). The full kit includes front and rear bumper covers, and sideskirts. I personally think it looks better than the bumpers on the M3. It's quite popular on the 3 series as an aftermarket upgrade. Your best price is probably going to be at Pacific BMW in CA or Circle BMW in New Jersey.

Rims - those are so subjective. Look around and go with what you like. 19's are probably most popular....if your tracking it, I'd go w/ 18's.

Spoilers - I personally don't like them at all, especially that Hamman roof spoiler - it look like shit! The AC Schnitzer roof spoiler looks much better, but I still like the look of no roof spoiler at all. As for trunk spoilers - don't like those either. At the most I'd go with the M3 lip spoiler - very subtle.

Lights - I'd go with Jon Levi @ jlevisw.com. He's got angel eye kits as well as full xenon/angel eye packages if your car has halogens and you want to upgrade everything. Customer service is top notch.
