"Made In Germany" Label

Has anyone noticed that on newer bmws, (seems like 2003 and newer), no longer have the "Made In Germany" Label. In fact there is no mention of the country of assembly.

I realize not all BMW's are made in Germany, however

I'm reasonably Certain that the ///M cars are still assembeled in germany, but even they no longer have the Made In Germany Label.

Most All Mercedes I've seen (new and old)still have the label, Every 911 and most other Porsches (ive seen) with the exception of some boxters (Finland) assembeled by Valmet.

Where do you think they are being made?

They are probably made in China like everything else. lol (Thinks for a minute to himself then shudders and curls up into the fetal position)

BMW sold in USA and Canada also come from assembely line in South Africa.
