M3 vs 330 ci convertibles

Ok,

First time BMW shopper.

I have two options. SAME price

2004 M3 with 42,000 miles, manual, convertible

vs

2003 330ci with 19,000 miles with performance and premium packages. manual, convertible


This is my Commuter car. driving about 50 miles a day round trip to work/home.

What do you guys think? I'm not a racer type, heck I have a 99' Camry, so either one will be a major step up.

I guess I'm mainly concerned about maintenance costs of the M3 vs 330, are there differences in maintaining a M3?

I say //M3 vert.. I think the maintenance cost should be the same for both or not that big of a difference between the two!!! g/l tho!!!
