hello, i am planning on putting an m3 e46 front bumper on my 318 e46 2000,
when the m3 e46 came out to now, has the front bumper ever change shape or looks,,,, etc (apart from csl)
has any one on her put an m3 e46 front bumper on a normal 3 series car
That's sweet! But why is there only one foglight opening? Is this an air induction of some sort?
Anyone know about these bumbers? This is my favorite bumber for the stock E46 sedan (2005 330ci?). Are these available for aftermarket?
That is the m-technic bumper. It is stock with the ZHP 330i, 330Ci, and 330Ci convertible. You can get it at the dealer or from bavauto.com. I am sure other online stires also carry it. Bavauto charges $700 for the bumper and foglights, and about $140 for the brake duct assembly.

Incorrect, it is only offered on the 330i ZHP and 330ci ZHP (Performance Package). The 330ci and 330cic come with the standard coupe bumper.
This package offers a muscular 235-hp power plant, aggressive 18-inch alloy wheels, quicker acceleration, short-throw 6-speed manual, more responsive handling, deeper engine growl, and more.
Optional on: 2006 330Ci Convertible 2006 330Ci Coupe
All variants of the ZHP 330's came with the m-technic aero kit.

Since the discussion has swayed to non-M3 bumpers (my fault), how about this one? This is my other favorite ci / cic bumper. Is this offered for the sedan and is it offered aftermarket, or only at the dealer.
(Note: Ocean is not responsible for any quarrels that may result from conflicting arguments regarding what options these bumpers were offered with) ....joke.

I realize, but you said it was stock on the 2005 330ci and 330cic in your previous post
I guess there was some ambiguity in my previous post. What I typed was meant to be read the same way one would the following sentence:
I went and bought blue shirts, pants, and socks.
In the sentence above, the adjective 'blue' modifies the nouns 'shirts', 'pants' and 'socks'.
I do apologize for my English. I am still learning the language.
When I lazily used the less cluterred version:

I hope to have thoroughly explained myself.
Ocean, I think the 3xxCi bumper should fit the sedans. Again, the buyer would have to inquire about the fitment of the brake ducts. Personally, I wouldn't "upgrade" to that. With the CSL, M3, and M-Technic options, aggregate to the aftermarket bumpers, that last one you suggest seems rather pedestrian.
