Looking for a used BMW for wife 330xi or 325xi

My wife's Mazda CX-7 is coming up on it's lease and I think we are looking at buying a used car for her to replace it.

Based on some discussions and research the BMW looks to be a good choice.

However, is there any good reason to go with one model over the other. I'm thinking between a 2004 and 2006 for model years.

Some things she would like are good gas mileage, navigation (can add a tom/tom if needed), and the CX-7 requires premium which she isn't to happy about and I want her to have the AWD.

We do have 2 young kids that are growing so rear leg room will some day become an issue (not sure there is any difference between the 2 models)

Any comments would be appreciated.
