you better have something in there to sweeten the trade otherwise you willl have absolutely no interest at all. you're tryin to trade up 5 years without any incentive.

well , you can throw some cash into the mix, add some nice mods to make the car a bit more unique, you have to have something to hook a potential trade owner.

Honestly, I don't see why a current e46 owner would want to trade for a car as old as a e34; maybe an M5 I can see it, but anything else ... can't really see it unless they are really struggling financially.
