Lob sided e46 coupe

Having just put a new set of MV2`s on my 2001 325ci I have noticed that the offside rear of the car seems to be lower than than the nearside rear. I have had the car up on a ramp to check the springs but they`re fine. I did hear a pinging noise from/around the brake disc when I was initially changing the wheel.
I have noticed that the handbrake has started sticking and a slight sqeeking can be heard when first pulling away. When the handbrake is put on the nearside rear dips and when released it raises.
Any ideas

1. what are mv2's?
2. did you look carefully at the springs? they can crack where the coils are wound the tightest to create a seat.
