"life time fill" baloney

please help: what is the capacity of my manual 6 speed (2004 330iPP)? where are the drain and fill plugs (do i need to drop the tranny to get to it)?

first link awesome. the second is in bloody italian: why do i need q8 and not redline mtl?? (d4 too thin imho).

LOL... Second is my signature(company I used to work for )it comes with all my posts-ignore it !
BTW with D4 you gonna get better shift quality in colder weather, all my friend use it in their "manuals"and they really happy with its performance.

yea i used d4 in the past.

i am moving to alabama, so i am not really facing the cold issue anymore. also, seems mtl is marginally better for the bearings in stock tranny. (anecdotal data from roundel tech talk).
