Smile lease?

hi there, i am new to the bmw family. I know is a great car and that is why i want to ask you guys about the leasing. Do I have to pay something 'extra' at the end of the lease period or not? What happens if I give more down payment, let's say $10,000 for the 328i, Can i get a better lease price, I think so but i am not sure... can you guys please explain me how the lease works... excuse me again, i am newbie
Thanks...

It would be best to ask the dealership where you want to lease the car.

what do u mean 'where'? I live in Orlando, FL. I just don't know how a lease works and sometimes the dealers will tell you something that is not true about the leasing just to get more money for the car...
