Key assignments and the radio

I just bought a new 325 with the standard stereo system and seat position memory. The stereo manual indicates that you can assign radio station memory presets to a specific key, ie my wife gets her presets when she uses key #2, I get mine when I use key #1.

The local dealer said that feature is, in fact, not available. Have any of you found this feature in your E46???

i do know of the radio preset stations, but i have not heard about the keys saving them for you, or anything like that.

That feature is only available with the NG radio and is only activated through Coding and Programming through your BMW center...the person you spoke to at the Center may not have been informed on the system and gave you incorrect information. Hopefully you find this helpful.
