Only if K&N has the oil free type.......the oil treated ones seems to cause problems with the MAF Sensor......I know aFe has a Pro Dry Kit that is still washable......I went with the aFe.....Pro Dry Kit

Try Amsoil Ea synthetic nanofilters. They have superior filtration with the oil. The price is comparable to K&N too.

I'm replacing K&N with Amsoil Ea filter. When you see high Si (dirt) in a UOA you can nearly always expect a K&N filter is being used.
