| Is this just bad luck? Six months ago I purchased my first BMW a 200 323i with 67,000 miles on it. The previous owner took extremely good care of it. I picked it up for a steal and have loved it ever since. However lately I have come up with an issue. A few months ago I was pulled over on a freezing day for a burned out headlight (it burned out literally 20 minutes before I was pulled over) when I was pulled over I went to roll down the window and it was frozen. I think I broke the power window regulator because now the window will only roll down about half way and then I have to push it the rest and then it will roll up all the way. A few weeks ago it was hot and I decided to roll down all of the windows. This time the drivers side rear window wouldn't roll up all the way. I was about to drive it out of town so I took it to an auto body repair shop and they replaced the regulator for $171. And now yesterday my passenger went to roll down the windows, and now the passenger rear window won't roll up all the way. Does anyone else have problems like this? Is it just my bad luck? Or is their something that I can do to prevent this? I love my car and know it is going to cost to have this luxury vehicle but this is getting expensive! |
