| My thoughts on the iPod integration with BMW
1. To activate your iPod you have to press Mode until you see CD. To start listening you have to press the Next Track button either on the steering wheel or on the cd control.
2. If you programmed your iPod to shuffle the songs, the BMW/ipod connector won't recognize it. To enable shuffle/random you have to press the RND until you see the asterick. This must be perform every time start/stop the car, if not the ipod will play the tracks sequentially. It doesn't remember your customized settings.
Overall, the music sounds great and it is clutter free since the iPod is in the glovebox. |
