| I just had the IPOD adaptor installed in my 325XI. Prior to the IPOD install, if I turned the car off, I was able to turn the radio/CD player back on. It would stay on until I opened the door, at which point it would turn itself off. This was handy for listening to the radio or CD while I waited in the car (with the car itself off). Now, when I turn the car off and then turn the radio/CD player/IPOD back on, it does not turn itself off when the doors are opened. It just keeps playing. It has to be manually turned off.
Does anyone know if this is normal after the IPOD install, or has my local BMW dealer hooked me up wrong? |
