On my 2002 328i, the rear passenger interior light stays on while driving (goes off after about 10 minutes when car is shut off). There is actually 2 lights back there it would be the forward facing front one.
Sticky door switch, needs a spray of WD40 or similar, if its got rubber over it just pull back slightly and give it a good spray and press it in and out a few times.
