| Well your not going to get much of either of those out of an intake. Bmw's stock intake is allready considered a CAI and pretty much all your going to get out of an intake is a throatier sound and a bit more throttle responce.
However either the aFe or a conforti are your best choices from what I hear of others for around the $300-400 price range.
