is wax the best for the RIMS?

I have Type 44 RIMS that I want to clean with the best possible agent that deters or lets me rinse them with water to take away Brake Dust... I have to clean them every 48 hours as you all probably have to deal with, just want the brake dust to not cling to the RIM so hard that not even water in a jet works....

My interiors are light grey, I have the rubber OEM matts in Grey too, what is the best agent to clean them so they look great...?

what is the best way to clean the roof of the car interior, that light grey fabric????
