parth11 n00b Join Date: Oct 2003 Car: Posts: 2 Photos:	Hello All, I have 2001 325i,standard shift.I see the RPM on my car going 3500 while going on 80 miles/hr speed.Is this normal or higher. Please suggest. Thank you in advance parth11

Relevart 1st Gear Member Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: New Hampshire, US Car: Posts: 113 Photos:	I have 2002 325i with manual transmission. at 80mph rpm's are 3500, 5th gear. Old Honda Civic with automatic 4 speed transmission does the same thing. Hope this helps Relevart

CiscoKid You Can Has A Custom Title!! Join Date: Apr 2004 Location: South Jersey, USA Car: Posts: 2,195 Photos:	bimmas dont have overdrive like american cars.... so you will have higher revs in 5th than in an american car, but cars with overdrive have absolutely no power in OD __________________
