i think dealer is trying to rip me off.. to enable DRL's

i need my drl's enabled by the law in canada..

and i called the only bmw dealer around here and they wants FREAKING 460$ to enable them.. they said 4 HOURS of labour..

i was reading up some forums that generaly it takes like 25 min and costs anywhere from 35-75 $..

did anyone ever try to use Carsoft 6.5 to enable drl's??? i might as well get that.

I have heard up to $90. Either they don't know what you were asking or it's a straight rip off, since it's a LEGAL issue...they think they can charge whatever they want.

Call a few around your area, just to see what they say.
