Hello all. Last Saturday I bought a 2002 325i, Titanium Silver, Grey Leather, Premium Package, Steptronic auto trans., and I can't stop thinking about driving it! I've wanted one for about ten years, and I finally broke down and bought one. (It was on the lot when we were ordering a new Mini for my wife.)
Anyway, I've been poking around in the forums here and just wanted to say 'Thanks' for all the info that's been posted. As is the case with so many other interesets in life, the real experts are the enthusiasts, and the information found here is invaluable.
FWIW, I'll be adding splash guards tomorrow morning (if they look good), and I'm on the waiting list for the iPod interface (I've read the pros and cons, and I still want it). I can't think of too much else to add at the moment, but I'm open to suggestions.
The splash guards are being added today, but if I don't like them I'll take them off (there won't be any visible mods to add them). If I do like them I'll post a new picture.
New rims would be sweet, but it'll take me a while to decide what the heck I want...there are soooo many choices. Recommendations are most welcome.
I am getting the iPod kit, and the bluetooth kit as soon as Sprint releases the new BT Treo "Ace" to replace my Treo 600.
Apart from that, I'm just enjoying the ride!
If you guys could mod my car, what all would be on the list? What are your favorite upgrades?

Here's something to consider... This is a Certified Pre-Owned car. I'm assuming that chip replacement, and other things, would void the remaining warranty. What can I get away with, and what should I put off until after the warranty period? (This car will be with me for at least the next four years.)

Nice ride: These suggestions might make it look even better.
Rear Lip style Spoiler
Clear front corner markers
Clear side markers
Euro Red / Clear Taillights
Paint those black moldings to match the car too(I don't know why they did them like that) used
I just made those mods to my car and I love the look. Only cost me about 300 bucks for everything too. I got a 323 ci so I didn't have to paint the moldings. I will be posting pics as soon as the neverending rain lets up so I can clean it before I take the pics.
Welcome to the forum. I have also wanted a Bimmer for the last 10 years and just got one myself about 3 months ago! I can't stop drivin' it!!!
