I know, I know

okay first up I know this subject has been done to death. My sunroof is stuck, I have managed to pull it back into place, but at the rear it will not raise up to mate with the car body. Even by taking out the screws it will only raise up part of the way. I cannot get it to move manually as even that seems to be stuck.

So I have a sunroof with possibly a blown motor, yes I have taken the motor out of situ and tried the switch. Nothing it appears dead. So it's either the switch or the motor, it's not the fuse been there done that. It's getting dark now and frosty so I'm going to put the sunroof in as best I can for the evening. Any suggestions on how I can get it back into place with the rear of it raised up would be welcome.

Thank you
