I have recently noticed that the gap between my tire and fender is larger on the driver side than on the passenger side on the back side of the car. I took it to a shop and they said the gaps were off by 7mm. The suspension is stock for know but didnt know if it could be spring sag or bad bushing! anyone know of any problems with this
This sounds like the factory gap. BMW's are designed so that it's balanced with one driver in the vehicle. This gap may be necessary to compensate for the driver. They do small things like this all around the car. Gaps become more noticeable when say for example your gas tank is empty or you've got a lighter exhaust. It sounds normal.
