I have a 2003 BMW 325Ci. My SES light is on and I pulled the codes at i got P0171 and P0174 which says the car is running too lean bank 1 and 2.
The boot is not cracked or leaking.
I checked for any vacuum leaks with carb cleaner.
I cleaned the MAF.
I checked the fuel filter.
I dont think it would be the O2 sensors because its unlikely for them both to go out, but with my luck anythings possible.
Before i fork out the $300.00 for a new MAF anybody else got any suggestions?
ccv?what does it do if you don`t mind me ask, is there a pending code , can you check your maf with a scope pattern through your scan tool. you can check you other main sensor the same way to avoid any part swapping with no leads
